Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministry

I love ministering to women. God’s daughters are so precious to Him, and they carry burdens that often seem overwhelming, such as the death of parents, spouses, or children. Grief shows up in many other forms as well: They face the pain of betrayal, the challenges of caring for a parent with Alzheimer's, or the heartbreak of a broken relationship with a child. The range of grief they experience is vast and unique. However, many of these women struggle to find the words to express their pain and lack a safe space to share their stories of grief. As a result, they often feel helpless and trapped in their struggles.

During our retreat sessions, something beautiful happens.

I witness these women transform as they make new friendships, sharing laughter as well as tears. They learn how to process their own losses and discover ways to comfort others who are grieving. It's a remarkable sight to see them not only connect with one another but also deepen their connection with God, who intimately understands the pain of loss and desires to bring comfort and healing.

Our weekends together offer more than just teaching sessions; they create an environment where women can gather in safe circles to practice what they've learned. These moments provide opportunities for sharing their stories, supporting one another, and building a sense of community. We can also create imaginative spaces where they can process their grief individually with God, using kinesthetic activities that engage their senses.

I am truly excited to join you and your team in prayer, seeking guidance to craft a special place and time for these women to come together, learn, and experience healing. Together, we will create an environment where God's compassion and comfort flow abundantly, allowing us to receive His comfort in our own troubles and enabling us to extend that same comfort to others, as it says in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4:

Praise be to the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
